Yes. Our folding steel frames pack flat in a van and are built on site at the venue. We do not need storage space at the venue ahead of delivery. We arrive, deliver, and build everything on the day. The venue only needs covered floor space for the beds themselves.

Our beds need a covered space: a marquee, barn, outbuilding, or other structure with a roof and floor. We do not supply into open-air setups without shelter. For tipi, yurt, and bell tent weddings, our folding steel frames are designed to sit on the groundsheet inside the structure. Tell us what structures your venue has and we will advise on the best configuration.

Our minimum delivered order is 10 beds. We scale to the job for larger weddings - whether you need 20 beds for a small country house wedding or 80 beds for a large estate event, contact us with the shape and we will quote. For very large orders we can phase delivery and collection around your venue access windows.

No. Delivery, on-site build, and collection are included in the bed hire price. We do not charge separately for assembly or breakdown. The quoted price covers beds, delivery from our York base, assembly at your venue, and collection after the wedding.

Yes. The Lake District and Cumbria are within our delivery range for larger wedding orders. Country house and barn venues in Cumbria often have significant overnight guest capacity to fill.
