We deliver and build

The beds
Single memory foam beds on folding steel frames.
The bed you hire is a 3ft single folding steel frame with a memory foam mattress. The frame opens fully in under a minute - no tools, no loose parts. It locks flat when folded, so it travels easily in a van and stores in a portakabin or tent without eating floor space when not in use.
Memory foam holds its shape across weeks of continuous use, which makes it the right choice for extended festival hires. A standard camp bed or inflatable deflates and deforms. Our mattresses do not. They are the same units we supply to glamping venues and holiday parks - designed for repeated use across an entire season.

Festival accommodation
The crew accommodation problem at festivals.
Every festival has the same pressure point: the people who make the event happen - crew, production, security, catering, site management - need somewhere to sleep between shifts, and they need it ready before the gates open. Festival ops managers are dealing with logistics across dozens of suppliers. Bed hire sits low on the priority list until it becomes a crisis. We make it easy to cross off: send us your dates, postcode, and numbers, and we will handle everything from delivery to collection.
Airbeds and camp beds are the default because they seem cheap. In practice they are a false economy. An airbed that deflates overnight or a camp bed that sags sends crew into their next shift under-rested. Memory foam mattresses on rigid steel frames hold their shape for the full duration of a festival, whether that is four days or four weeks. Artist riders increasingly specify proper beds in green rooms and backstage compounds - we supply the same mattress and frame to crew camps and VIP accommodation alike.
Our beds fold flat for transit and build fast on site - one person can assemble a frame in under a minute. They fit in bell tents, marquees, portakabins, and caravans. We have delivered to grass fields, concrete yards, and bonded warehouses. If there is space for a bed, we can get one there. Whether you are running crew accommodation for a northern event like Leeds Festival or a privately managed site, the process is the same: we arrive, we build, we leave, we return to collect.
Festival linen hire
Beds and linen from one supplier.
We supply commercially laundered bedding sets alongside our beds - duvet, cover, fitted sheet, pillow, and pillowcase - plus towel packs if required. Everything arrives either made up or flat-packed to your preference. After the festival we collect dirty linen and wash it commercially. You do not need a laundry plan on site.
If you already have your own bed frames or are managing a glamping operation with fixed beds, we also supply linen only. Same commercial wash standard, same delivery and collection. Linen is priced on request - add it to your festival quote and we will price it as a combined order.
For festival ops managers, the linen logistics usually go one of two ways: either linen is provided per bed as part of the hire (we deliver it made up and collect it dirty), or you manage linen distribution yourself and use us purely for the laundry collection and return. Either model works. Tell us which you need when you enquire and we will quote accordingly.
Who orders festival beds
We work with festival ops, production companies, and glamping suppliers.
Festival ops managers
Responsible for crew accommodation, security sleeping areas, and production base facilities. Often ordering across multiple vendors - we make the bed hire portion simple: one call, one quote, we handle the rest.
We quote on bulk orders. Advance booking and provisional holds available.
Event production companies
Managing artist riders, backstage hospitality, and green room fit-outs. We supply beds to portakabins, dressing rooms, and backstage marquees. Same day delivery and collection possible if booked in advance.
We understand production schedules. We are there when you say.
Glamping and accommodation operators
Festival glamping companies that need to scale up capacity for a specific event without carrying the stock year-round. We hire the beds, you provide the tents and the guest experience.
Linen hire available as an add-on for guest-facing beds.
Summer availability notice
Festival season runs June to August and is our busiest period. If your event falls in this window, book as early as possible. We quote within 24 hours of receiving your details and can hold capacity provisionally while you confirm internal numbers. Do not leave it to the week before - summer stock is allocated in advance.
